Available to new and current InterPay customers we have the ability to create secure sign-up Web pages for you. These can then be linked to the DDMS database and feed collection data directly into your accounts package via an API. Ensuring minimum human contact and the account data is accurate and live through Interbacs’ account verification.

The DDMS database also manages the collection process for you, ensure you collect Direct Debits when you say you will, the right amount, and the correct period of time – efficiently – providing great customer service and freeing up staff processing time.

High-up on the list of Finance requirements is Process Automation – making life simpler and easier without compromising security. The in-house developers here at Interbacs are heavily focusing our next release of InterPay around even more automation.
